Omigod.
I've just read pretty much your whole blog in one go, and now realise that I am wasting my life. Working and running around after my kids all the time. This summer I'm looking forward to 2 nights in a Holiday Inn in London, and few nights camping, probably in Wales.

If I stock up on cereal and pot noodles do think the kids would be OK for a fortnight while I join you in Asia? Perhaps my husband would be cross, especially if he realised that I'd spent all our savings.

Anyway, when I drag myself into work in the morning I'll tell them all how fab your blog is, tell them I posted on it, and encourage them to follow suit. (I know how desperate you are to appear popular. We should all rally round and do our best to help.)

Seriously, tho, keep on having the time of your life.
I'll keep on being destructively jealous.

Lousie! for the love of god! i don't ask you to post to make me look popular... i ask for the completely altruistic reason of sharing thoughts and ideas online - honestly! the very idea that i'm that shallow....!!
I think the kids would be fine, come on over! ruby's a very grown up child and i'm sure she'd understand, and olive probably wouldn't even notice what with her hectic love life and all (did that sound a little bitter??? i'm soooooo NOT jealous of a child who's had more boyfriends than me, honest!)
